What is the gift voucher?
The Mes Gift Voucher is a unique gift that allows the recipient to design their own shoes, or redeem anywhere else on the site to the value of the voucher. Included in the voucher price are any amount of design on the shoes that is desired, over 100 colour customisation choices, different laces, and different soles. We also include the postage of the custom shoes to a UK address, once designed. Other countries have additional charges.
What are the postage costs of the gift voucher?
Of course you will know about the royal mail strike, who doesn’t. And yes this has affected us. So when buying an individual voucher, for special delivery it is £4.50 or Free first class post. If you are going to use first class, please do so before December 1st. If you buy two vouchers from us, we will include free special delivery. You must be able to think of someone else you can give a voucher to!
We also send your vouchers in email format, so you have a backup just in case!
Are all of our shoes made in the UK?
YES! All trainers and other products are produced in both South Shields, and Northampton.
How do I get the right size?
Go to our size guide on the left, and print off the pdf. Follow the instructions to find your size. If you don’t have a printer, You can measure your foot and compare to the pdf on screen. See the size conversion charts for European, US and Japanese sizes.
I have a store, can I talk to you about distribution?
Yes you can, we would love to hear from you. Please email our distribution department, wholesale@mesfootwork.com
My Trainers don’t fit, can I return them?
If you have ordered Mes firsts or Mes Threads, you can return your trainers as long as they have not been worn and are in pristine condition. Unfortunately we cannot accept return for custom products, as these cannot be resold. Before ordering please use the size guide to ensure your correct sizing.
Can I return gift vouchers?
Unfortunately gift vouchers cannot be returned. The value on the voucher can be redeemed for anything at our online store.
How long will shipping take?
We ship Mes Threads and Extra products immediately, and this usually takes 2-3 working days to arrive with a courier. Mes Firsts and Custom products can take from 7-10 days.
Can I send you some of my clothes to make into shoes?
Yes, this is a service we are introducing in early 2010! More info to come, sign up for updates!
