We aim to have your shoes with you within 10 working days. Sometimes this is not possible and we ask you to allow 3-4 weeks for delivery during busy periods.

What are gift vouchers?

The Mes Gift Voucher is a unique gift that allows the recipient to design their own shoes, or redeem anywhere else on the site to the value of the voucher. Included in the voucher price are any amount of design on the shoes that is desired, over 100 colour customisation choices, different laces, and different soles. We also include the postage of the custom shoes to a UK address, once designed. Other countries have additional charges.

Are all your trainers made in the UK?

Yes! All trainers are produced in the UK

How can I get the right size?

Go to our size guide on the left, and print off the pdf. Follow the instructions to find your size. If you don’t have a printer, You can measure your foot and compare to the pdf on screen. See the size conversion charts for European, US and Japanese sizes.

I have a shop, can I talk to you about distribution?

Yes you can, we would love to hear from you. Please email our distribution department, wholesale@mesfootwork.com

My trainers don't fit, can I return them?

If you have ordered Mes firsts or Re-syc, you can return your trainers as long as they have not been worn and are in pristine condition. Unfortunately we cannot accept return for custom products. Before ordering please use the size guide to ensure your correct sizing.

Can I return my gift voucher?

Unfortunately gift vouchers cannot be returned. The value on the voucher can be redeemed for anything at our online store.
